What We Collect

When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, telephone number, project location, project type, approximate budget, preferred start date and your message. If you choose to upload documents, we also collect those plans, designs or photographs.

Why We Collect It

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation and to carry out any work you go on to instruct. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for marketing unless you ask us to.

How Long We Keep It

Uploaded files are stored privately with Vercel. We receive secure download links through our email provider, Resend. These links expire after 30 days; uploaded files are scheduled for deletion within the following day. Copies downloaded for an ongoing project may be retained with the project records. Enquiries are kept in our business email account. Where an enquiry does not lead to work, we delete it once it is no longer needed. Where it does, we keep the records required for the project and for our tax and legal obligations.

Your Rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@adamusandcontractors.com and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
