Kitchen renovation
£18,000–£48,000
A mid-range replacement including cabinetry, worktops, installation and local service alterations. Appliances, structural changes and bespoke luxury kitchens are additional.
Bathroom refurbishment

An illustrative whole-house allowance for a three-bedroom home: rewire, replumbing, standard heating replacement and extraction. Excludes sanitaryware, underfloor heating, smart systems and air conditioning.
Engineered timber flooring
£100–£180 / m²
Supply and fitting of straight boards on a suitable prepared subfloor. Major levelling, repairs, parquet patterns and skirting replacement are additional.
Bespoke fitted wardrobes
£2,160–£4,200 / linear metre
Painted fitted storage with doors, shelving and hanging space. Specialist veneers, lighting and complex interiors are additional.
These are September 2026 London planning allowances including 20% VAT, checked against current published guides. Smaller plumbing, electrical and carpentry jobs are quoted to their specific scope. Floor area, finish, access and the existing condition affect every package.
Guide prices include labour and materials for the scope described. They are not fixed quotations or maximum prices. Architectural and engineering fees, surveys, statutory fees, party-wall costs and unforeseen work are excluded. Final scope, specification and applicable VAT will be confirmed in your quotation.
We begin with a detailed discussion to understand your ideas, requirements, budget, and timeframe. We can also offer practical advice to help shape the project before work begins.
02
Site Visit, Survey & Quotation
A site visit is arranged to assess the space and scope of work. We take measurements, talk through options, and provide a clear build cost estimate outlining costs, timelines, and what’s included.
03
Planning, Scheduling & Construction
Once approved, we plan the project in detail, schedule each stage, and coordinate all trades. Work is carried out efficiently and safely, with regular updates to keep you informed throughout.
04
Completion, Snagging & Handover
We carry out final checks, complete any finishing touches, and address snagging items to ensure everything meets a high standard. The project is then handed over clean, complete, and ready to use.
